Affilo provides a comprehensive communication platform that allows you to effectively engage with your affiliates from within the app. You can conveniently send messages, promotional materials, updates, and information about product releases directly through Affilo to your affiliates, using a two-way communication channel. Both you and your affiliates can reply to each other within Affilo, ensuring seamless interaction.

With message notifications sent to your email whenever there is communication in Affilo, you can promptly stay informed about affiliate messages. This centralized communication system within Affilo helps keep your conversation history related to your affiliate program organized in one place, eliminating the need to navigate various communication platforms.

Depending on your plan, you can opt to send messages individually or in bulk. On the Standard plan, messages can be sent to affiliates one by one, while the Pro plan allows you to conveniently send bulk messages to all approved affiliates at once with just one click.

To send a message to an individual affiliate, simply access the 'Compose' feature, enter the affiliate's name, select them from the list, add a subject, type your message in the designated field, and even include attachments if needed. Similarly, affiliates can also share messages with attachments.

For Pro plan users looking to communicate with all approved affiliates simultaneously, options such as newsletters, product catalog updates, and marketing activity information can be effortlessly sent out with the 'Send to All' functionality. Just enter a subject, compose your message, attach files if necessary, and consider personalizing the message with the {first_name} tag for a more tailored approach. Once satisfied with the content, click on 'Send' to distribute the message to all approved affiliates in a personalized and effective manner.
